ICE reverts to the following Training Methodology to maintain Excellence in service quality:

1. Before launching our training, we recommend conducting a preliminary seminar to communicate the exact needs of our audience. This will be channeled through a representative sample of the trainees.
2. Our professional Trainers shall analyze the results from the Seminar to finalize training scenario and maximize value added to trainees.
3. Training shall contain Theoretical, Practical examples, Real case studies, Workshops, Open discussions, Videos,…etc.
4. By the end of the training a course evaluation shall be conducted to measure the course quality and the trainee’s satisfaction.
5. Upon completing the minimum attendance training hours per course, we will provide an official Certificate of Completion per course attended for each trainee.
