Sequence of Training
- The sequence for this training will be as follows;
- We will consider the real BOQ of a project.
- After brief introduction to P6 layout, we will add activities list.
- Next, we will define and assign calendars and thus learning the function of global change.
- Then we will link activities and will schedule our project.
- After Scheduling, we will add resources/cost and optimize our resourced schedule plan and will maintain S-Curve.
- The we will learn how to create reports.
- Next to reports, we will update our project as per actuals.
- At the end, we will create a comparison report i.e. Planned Vs Actual “Cost and Schedule Wise”.
